Food Server
POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of a FOOD SERVER is to provide our guest with the finest food and drink, accompanied by attentive and gracious service. FOOD SERVER will be thoroughly familiar with the product table service, cash control and proper merchandising and sales techniques.
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, pre-busing and resetting of
- Ring up food and beverage
- Quality check all food and beverage items before
- Adhere to Seven Steps of Quality
- Opening Sidework
- Closing Sidework
- Accurate reconciliation at shift
- Work
- Adhere to uniform
- For alcoholic beverage service, card everyone that does not appear to be 30 years of
- Clean criminal, drug & credit history
EXPERIENCE
Previous restaurant and/or sales experience is helpful, but not necessary Good communication skills are essential.
EDUCATION
High school education is recommended. Public relations and/or sales training are helpful.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full and Part Time
- $8-10/ Per Hour, plus tips
- Health Insurance, Paid Vacations and Paid Sick Leave Availability (Average of 30 Hours per week for 6 months that must continue)
