STONE PIZZAS

All pizzas are 10-inch, and cooked in our custom-built, Italian-style stone floor ovens.

SKILLETS

All our entrees are cooked in 12-inch cast-iron skillets, in the radiant, hearth heat of our stone-floor ovens, giving them a character that we love, and that is sometimes lost in more conventional cooking methods.

SANDWICHES

All of our sandwiches come with your choice of chips, fries, or salad.

CRAFT COCKTAILS

We are offering five seasonal craft cocktails, including our signature Sunrise Ceremony (Aviator gin, Domaine de Canton gin liqueur, St. Germain, Fever Tree grapefruit soda, orange, lime, Fever Tree tonic water, Peychaud’s, orange bitters, orange-banana simple syrup).
